Good Morning from the homestead!

 We haven't checked in lately.  Not sure why, perhaps with everything going on in the world right now it just didn't seem  important.  But we are still here, enjoying the good life, keeping busy with gardens, chickens and home projects.  The foyer ceiling is done, a huge check off the to-do list!  We are now working on finishing the mudding and taping of the foyer drywall.  So finish pictures are coming soon, but maybe not all too soon as the outdoors keeps calling for our attention.  The orchards and berry patches are producing and the gardens are coming on strong.  We have over 40 birds, Roosters, Hens, Pullets, Cockrels, Chicks; Guineas, Pheasants, Chickens, 2 dogs and a rabbit all needing attention and the yard is still a work in progress.  So while it is rewarding work and keeps us busy, we never seem to have the time or energy that our minds think we do!  But we'll get there...in the mean time, we are enjoying this journey and the blessings God has provided with this lifestyle.  So pretty much just checking in with this post, all is good in our corner of the world.
