Week #1 of 31 days to less stress - checked off!

Wow, that week went by fast!  It wasn't easy to pull off each day, but I made it through my first week.  And it feels so great!  Tomorrow... heading to the kitchen!  

Last week, one of my daughters, Kate, sent me a great book to read; A Simplified Life, by Emily Ley.  I am only a few chapters in, but so far it's an easy read and will hopefully inspire me to keep this simple lifestyle going way past the end of January!

If anyone has any ideas or inspiration for better ways to keep life simplified, please comment below!
