Last winter I carefully scanned all the seed catalogs planning our summer garden. We planted those seeds and nurtured them until they were ready to go into the raised garden beds. We watered, we waited, and finally, 9 months later, the season of harvest arrived!
So today, we are making Pasta sauce, with our tomatoes, onions, garlic, peppers, oregano, basil and thyme! In a few hours, we'll know if all the waiting has paid off! Till then...the smell is amazing!
